These housing development presents the first two homes as quiet experiments in space, structure and the way we live. Each house embraces its limits—not as compromises but as conditions for creativity. With utility and storage tucked into thick walls and the stair-core, the plan frees the rooms and encourages vertical play: floors float, spaces breathe upward. Light and shadow become part of the architecture. The design is modest in scale but generous in ambition: to host a family of three, to respond to context, and to engage with the everyday without ceremony.
