MoARDE 2017
The MoARDE Pavilion 2017 was created for the Limassol Wine Festival to host visitors of the Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Development and the Environment and the Cyprus Agricultural Payments Organisation. It serves as a space to learn about indigenous grape varieties, taste wine and zivania, and socialise under open air and filtered light. Everything was designed for practicality: existing materials were reused, instructions drawn so that non-trained workers could follow them, and elements assembled simply yet with precision. In essence: a pavilion that is modest in means and rich in purpose — a place of display, taste and meeting, suited to ritual and community alike.
